PROGRAM OUTLINE
EXAMPLE:

VISIT 1: Complementary 15 min meet & greet

VISIT 2 & 3: Two 60 min pre-natal appointments
      Explore birthing expectations
      Emotional and informational support
      Birth Plan
      Review of comfort techniques. Overview of different scenarios
      Naturopathic therapies as needed
      Acupuncture/homeopathy Induction if desired

VISIT 4: Attendance at labour (home/hospital)
      On-call 24/7 = 2 weeks before and after due date.
      Relaxation/positioning support

VISIT 5: One 60 min postpartum appointment
      Post-partum recovery support, breastfeeding support
