I work with individuals to help them reach a place of peace, wellness and achieve their counselling goals. I operate from a non-judemental, compassionate, supportive place where I integrate my experience, education and empathy to create a safe, warm space for self-discovery.

How has Education or past Experiences contributed to your Clinical Skills?
I had the fortune of completing majority of my schooling while working in the social service sector. This provided me with the opportunity to learn in an environment where I could integrate my day to day experiences the theory at school. I was able to see practical examples of complex concepts, I was able to enrich my learning both in practice and in school providing a solid foundation to support and build my practice.
